Job description
A social media manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Lead Marketing’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, engage with customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
· Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to increase brand awareness and engagement
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and images
· Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
· Engage with customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media platforms and tools.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all channels
· Monitor and moderate online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive reputation
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
· 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
· Proficiency with social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Hootsuite
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
· Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.

Salary: Rs35,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month
