Capital Smart City Islamabad is situated amidst scenic beauty; between the Islamabad and Rawalpindi Region. To be clearer, it is located near the New Islamabad International Airport. Overseas Block:
The Overseas Block was launched at London Dorchester. The Capital Smart City Islamabad is the first to establish an Overseas Block in Pakistan. This block is solely restrained for Overseas Pakistani living abroad. This smart project allows the Overseas Pakistani to invest in Pakistan, bringing back a great investment return. Overseas Block Payment

Executive Block:
The Executive Block of the Capital Smart City Islamabad was inaugurated at the society’s grand launch ceremony. The event consisted of a brief introduction to the Executive Block’s main features and amenities; they also set an opportunity to the general block investors, which allowed them to shift their plots to the Executive block. This opportunity was offered for a limited period. To convert the General Block plot, 30% of additional payment on top of General Block was required.

General Block:
The General Block is located right after the Overseas Block. At the start of this project, people were booking the General Block. Harmony Park Blocks:
