About Lead Marketing | Real Estate Advisors in Islamabad

Lead Marketing is a real estate marketing and advisory firm founded in 2020, with a team of 20 people at our head office in D-12 Markaz, Islamabad. We help local and overseas Pakistani buyers compare projects in Islamabad, Karachi and Dubai, understand payment plans and approvals, and book through authorised channels.

What we do

Buying off-plan is a long commitment, often years of instalments before you get the keys. Our job is to make that decision clearer. For the projects we sell, we work from the developer’s current price sheets and payment plans, confirm prices and availability with the developer’s sales office, check approvals, and compare the price with ready property nearby.

  • Project guides: a page for each project with prices, payment plans, sizes, location and the questions buyers ask most.
  • Our analysis: for many projects we publish the price per sq ft compared with ready units nearby, and the rental yield. We explain how we work out these figures, including what they can’t tell you.
  • Advice before booking: which unit suits your budget and timeline, what to check before paying a token, and what extra costs to expect.
  • Overseas buyers: we help Pakistanis living abroad compare projects and book where the developer allows remote booking.

Who we work with

Lead Marketing (Private) Limited is an authorised sales partner of the developers whose projects we write about. In Pakistan these include DHA, Bahria Town Group, Faisal Town Group, Saima Builders & Developers, AA Builders & Developers, Emaar Pakistan, HMR, and The Trillium, a DHA Karachi and FWO joint venture. For Dubai, developers such as Emaar, Nakheel, Sobha and DAMAC appoint us as an authorised international sales partner in Pakistan.

Being a partner means we get the developer’s official price sheets and payment plans directly. It doesn’t change what we write: every analysis names a project’s weaknesses as well as its strengths, such as a price above ready property nearby, a long wait for possession, or a low rental yield.

Seven years in real estate marketing and sales, in Pakistan since 2019 and Dubai since April 2023, focusing on luxury high-rise, beachfront and off-plan property. Talha oversees our project research and approves every project analysis we publish.

Ahmed Jamil, Co-Founder
Has worked in real estate marketing and sales since 2020, focusing on luxury high-rise, beachfront and off-plan property in Islamabad, Karachi and Dubai.

Misha Kazmi, Head of Sales
Has led our sales team since 2023, specialising in real estate investment advisory, strategic sales and client management.

How we work with you

  1. Tell us what you need: budget, city, unit size and when you want possession.
  2. We shortlist projects and send you the current price sheets and payment plans.
  3. We answer the hard questions: approval status, extra costs, and how the price compares with ready property nearby.
  4. You book directly with the developer through its official payment channel. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
