Here’s some wonderful news for Capital Smart City’s investors and members. The society will now have its own interchange on the M-2 Motorway, which is a huge step forward for the club and good news for its members.
The National Highway Authority recently convened a meeting to discuss the interchange’s construction for Capital Smart City. The National Housing Authority (NHA) has formally authorized a grant to FDHL for the development of an interchange for its housing project, Capital Smart City.
This interchange will be built at Km – 332-333 on the M-2 Motorway, and the NHA will be the regulatory agency for it. The society received this clearance at the NHA Executive Board’s 381st meeting on February 4th, 2022.
Capital Smart City has met all of the National Highway Authority’s requirements, and as a result, it has been legally approved by the agency, with work set to begin soon.
