In a joint agreement with Sobha Realty, Downtown Umm Al Quwain is set to accommodate more than 150,000 people.

With an impressive 25 million sq ft, an 11km long continuous coastline including 7km of natural beach and lush parks, the project is divided into three vibrant district, North Beach, Trade Centre and South Beach. The products of the seven zones will be a combination of residential zones, commercial zones, offices, hotels and clusters, making a balanced living, working, and recreation combination.

Central to the project is the Trade Centre,  a 15 million sq ft free zone, with its own self-governing framework which supports Industry and professional companies. It is designed to foster a global community for business, culture and investment, furthering Umm Al Quwain’s presence on the world map.

Downtown Umm Al Quwain Payment Plan:

The payment plan information for Downtown Umm Al Quwain has not been shared with the public at this point. Because the project is still in an early stage of planning, the exact pricing, contribution schedule, and repayment schedule have yet to be finalised. “Working with Sobha Realty on adopting a payment plan that gives residents and investors greater flexibility is crucial, and will soon be revealed for both the residential and commercial market.
