Updated Payment Plan for Different Blocks:
The booking charge for an 80 sq. yards residential plot is 75,000 rupees. Confirmation charges are 100,000 rupees. Possession charges are 50.000 rupees, and the total cost is 1,250,000 rupees.
The booking charges for a 120 sq. yards residential plot are 100,000 rupees, and confirmation charges are 200,000. Possession charges are 75.000 rupees, and the total cost is 1,950,000 rupees only.
Residential and Commercial plots of 80 and 120 square yards are available in Phase 2. The project’s second phase involves mainly residential properties priced between PKR 7 lakh and PKR 1.05 crore. The price of such plots starts at PKR 25,000.
Commercial plots in Phase 2 are priced between PKR 1.5 crore and PKR 2.2 crore, ranging from PKR 70,000 to PKR 2.2 crore.
